My wife and I had fun listening to you at Verrillo's Saturday. Thanks for the class, hopefully I can get some practice in and take the continuing guitar class. I left the URL for the webpage I created this week. I guess I did OK after four days of self teaching. Let me know what you think.

I'm glad you have taken the time to put this site together in honor of our brothers. We know how much they meant to us and how much we loved them, but it's nice after all this time to look at this and see how much they meant to others also.
I would love to see more pictures of them saved on here so we can all look back and remember them and let it bring a smile to us on the inside, because we all know that both Tom and Jim loved to make everyone smile.
Also, Mike you are so very talented. I am so very proud of you and all of your accomplishments.
You are also a very gifted musician and I love to hear your music...you need to make sure I get a CD. I love you and I can't wait to be able to come here you play with your friends. Love you always Diane

Thank you so much Mike for keeping Jim and Toms spirits alive. What you have done is so special. I believe it takes a great heart and soul to do what you have done. I personally, never met Tom, but I always felt like I did. As for Jim, well I miss him every day. He always left such a lasting impression on whomever he met. He was definitly one of a kind. I think that I will miss his smile the most. Every picture captures that beautiful smile, I will keep those pictures in my heart forever. What is that they say? Some people come into your life and leave memories, others leave impressions that stay in your life forever. I have one thing to say...To you James Paul Duffy....Thank You...Love Always Youre BB, Marissa

Thanks to Mike Duffy for this site and keeping Jim's Spirit alive. When you sing some of Jim's old tunes it spooks people out - esp. me when I'm playing behind you! - which I think is way cool. God Bless

I think of my good friend Jim often, and remember many of the fun things we did. Although he had heart trouble, it was his kind and giving heart that distinguished him from so many others. I remember doing the chicken dance with Karen and Jim in Seattle, playing harmonica with Jim and Karen at so many fun gigs (what a performer Jim is), and the night Jim and I met my now deceased fiance. Jim always got the girl, so when we met Bria at a Seattle mic night, I quietly told Jim "She's Mine!" Mike, this great site, and let's share some of the fun and funny moments we all had with Tom and Jim. By the way, if anyone is ever in Seattle, contact me and I'll be a temporary tour guide.
Ta Ta for now. Jonathan

Jim was like a brother to me.
I feel fortunate to have even met someone as gifted and special as he was. I will carry his Memory and Lessons with me as long as I draw breath. Keep a seat for me wherever you are, Jim, and save me a beer! KG

I come to this site to get comfort and to have a little quiet time with my brothers. Mike, I really appreciate your having created this for me and others to read, look, reflect, and hopefully, listen. Today, I read what you said at Tom's funeral and, although it was bittersweet, it will reminds me of who Tom was to many of us.
